1. About Our Services

Craft Builders Technical Services L.L.C provides technical, interior, renovation, fit-out, maintenance, and related project services for residential, commercial, and other property spaces in the UAE.

The exact scope of work, pricing, timeline, materials, and deliverables will be discussed and agreed separately with each client through a quotation, proposal, contract, invoice, or written confirmation.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the website in a way that may damage or disrupt it

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful information

  • Copy or misuse website content without permission

  • Use the website for fraudulent or illegal activities

We may restrict access to the website if we believe it is being misused.

3. Enquiries and Quotations

When you submit an enquiry, request a quotation, or contact us through the website, phone, WhatsApp, email, or social media, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Any quotation provided by Craft Builders is based on the information available at the time. Pricing, timelines, and scope may change after site inspection, client revisions, material selection, authority requirements, or changes in project requirements.

A quotation does not become final until confirmed in writing by Craft Builders and accepted by the client.

4. Project Scope and Client Approval

Before starting any project, the scope of work should be agreed between Craft Builders and the client. This may include design requirements, technical specifications, materials, finishes, timelines, payment terms, and any special conditions.

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all details, drawings, designs, quotations, materials, colors, measurements, and specifications before work begins or before procurement is made.

Any changes requested after approval may result in additional cost, timeline extension, or revised terms.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be mentioned in the quotation, invoice, proposal, or written agreement provided to the client.

Depending on the project, payments may be required in advance, by milestone, or before final handover. Work may be paused or delayed if payments are not received as agreed.

All prices are subject to change unless confirmed in writing. Any additional work, urgent requirements, design changes, material upgrades, or client-requested revisions may be charged separately.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the project stage and agreed scope of work.

If a client cancels after work has started, Craft Builders may deduct charges for consultation, design work, site visits, labor, materials, procurement, administrative work, third-party costs, and any completed portion of the project.

Custom-made items, purchased materials, approved designs, special orders, and completed services may not be refundable.

Any refund, if applicable, will be reviewed case by case and processed according to the agreed written terms.

7. Timelines and Delays

We aim to complete projects within the agreed timeline. However, project timelines may be affected by factors such as:

  • Client approval delays

  • Material availability

  • Design or scope changes

  • Site access issues

  • Third-party contractor delays

  • Authority approvals or building management permissions

  • Weather, transport, or unforeseen site conditions

  • Force majeure events beyond our control

Craft Builders will not be responsible for delays caused by the client, third parties, authorities, suppliers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project details and requirements

  • Giving timely approvals and feedback

  • Ensuring site access when required

  • Obtaining landlord, building management, or authority approvals where applicable

  • Making payments as agreed

  • Reviewing and approving designs, materials, and specifications

  • Informing us of any site restrictions, safety issues, or special requirements

Delays in client responsibilities may affect project cost and timeline.

9. Materials, Finishes, and Variations

Materials, colors, finishes, textures, and product appearances may vary slightly from samples, images, renders, or digital previews due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing batches, or supplier variations.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be treated as a variation and may require a revised quotation or additional payment.

10. Warranty and Service Issues

Warranty, maintenance, or after-service support will depend on the type of work, materials used, supplier warranties, and agreed project terms.

Warranty may not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized changes, poor maintenance, water leakage, electrical issues, structural movement, third-party work, normal wear and tear, or external factors beyond our control.

Any service issue must be reported to Craft Builders within a reasonable time so it can be reviewed properly.

11. Limitation of Liability

Craft Builders will make reasonable efforts to provide professional and reliable services. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, loss of data, or third-party claims arising from website use or service engagement.

Our liability, where applicable, will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service related to the claim.

13. Portfolio and Project Images

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Craft Builders may use completed project images, videos, designs, or work samples for portfolio, marketing, social media, and website purposes.

If a client does not want their project to be shown publicly, they should inform us in writing before project completion or before publication.

14. Third-Party Services
